As a shipping trainee at Weco Shipping, we offer you an intensive two-year program consisting of both theoretical and practical training. As a part of your education, you will participate in the commercial shipping program facilitated by the Danish Shipping Academy. 

The training is performed in English and includes maritime law, maritime economics, ship knowledge and negotiation & communication skills.  You will gain practical experience from the day-to-day work at our office in Rungsted and will be assigned a mentor, who will guide and supervise you throughout your education. 

Do you have what it takes? 

·     High school or HHX 

·     B-level math

·     Fluent in Danish and English (both speaking and writing)

·     Excellent social skills and team spirit

·     Ready to invest in a demanding education
